As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, as well as issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, suicidal ideation, relationship concerns, and life coaching.
My approach is rooted in compassion and non-judgment. My primary goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, and to help guide you toward healing, growth, and meaning-making. I believe in tailoring my approach to the client’s needs and taking a biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective in understanding the whole person.
