Hi there, my name is Victoria. I want to first thank you for taking the time for yourself to seek therapy. Beginning therapy can feel like a tough decision. I want to assure you that no concern is too big or too small. I am a trauma-informed therapist with experience working with sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, suicidal ideation, relationship concerns, and life-coaching. My role as a therapist is that of a guide in your healing, growth and meaning making.
My approach is compassionate and nonjudgmental. My goal is first and foremost to hold space for you to voice your concerns and express yourself authentically. My style is individualized for each client’s needs. As a therapist I take a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach in understanding each client from a holistic viewpoint.
I want to remind you that seeking support is a sign of strength. Together we will explore and challenge unhelpful ways of thinking and validate your growth through a strengths-based process.
