Victoria Blair

MA, LMHC

Hi, my name is Victoria, and I want to acknowledge your bravery in taking the first step toward seeking therapy. Beginning therapy can feel like a tough decision, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Whether you’re dealing with something big or small, know that you deserve support and guidance. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, as well as issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, suicidal ideation, relationship concerns, and life coaching.

My approach is rooted in compassion and non-judgment. My primary goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, and to help guide you toward healing, growth, and meaning-making. I believe in tailoring my approach to the client’s needs and taking a biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective in understanding the whole person.

Remember, seeking support is a sign of strength, and I am here to support you on your journey toward wellness.

Let’s work together to explore and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and celebrate your strengths and successes along the way. It would be my honor to walk alongside you.
