Terena Landowski

MSSW, LCSW

Are you struggling to find balance in your life? Do you find yourself constantly exhausted and overwhelmed? Is depression making you doubt your abilities and robbing you of confidence? Does anxiety make it feel impossible to take on even the smallest task? I firmly believe that the struggles we face in life are created within the context of our lives and relationships, and that healing happens within relationships as well. Developing a trusting relationship with my client is always my first focus in counseling.

Hello, my name is Terena Landowski and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping others navigate the challenges they face in life. Throughout the therapeutic process I utilize a holistic, psychodynamic approach to encourage personal growth, empowerment, and self-awareness. In our work together, we will create a plan to help you develop healthier coping skills and promote more positive thinking. I have worked in various clinical settings and treat a wide range of concerns to include, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, substance use and trauma.

I believe that all people deserve access to a judgement free space to work on their own goals. I provide counseling for adults who feel stuck and want to improve their life in some way. My role is to help you find your way through inner conflicts and emotional difficulties. My commitment is to value and advocate for the individual diversity each client presents. We will explore how you relate to yourself, your family, and the world around you. In therapy, we work together to bring meaning and healing to your experience.
