Stefanie Sears

MA, LMHC

Hello, my name is Stefanie Sears and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My essential role in therapy is to empower my clients to push past fear and shame and move towards a values-driven life. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients achieve their goals.

My experience is focused on working with individuals who struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors, eating disorders, body image issues, and depression. I have trained and worked at nationally renowned treatment centers for these disorders, such as the Center for Discovery and Rogers Behavioral Health.

It takes a lot of courage to seek help, but therapy can help transform your beliefs about yourself and the world around you, find meaning in the struggle, and live a fulfilling life. You are not alone in your struggles, and I am here to support you on your journey.

If you’re ready to take that step towards living a more values-driven life, I invite you to work with me at Therapy Treatment Team. Together, we can work towards overcoming the obstacles that are holding you back and build a life full of purpose and fulfillment.
