Hello my name is Jessica and I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern. I currently work with individuals who are struggling with a variety of different issues in their lives. I have experience working with both individuals and groups. I specialize in the treatment of addiction and trauma. Though my therapeutic focus is generally solution focused and strengths based approach, I am able to adjust to what modality best suits the client.
I believe the alliance developed through the therapeutic process is paramount to growth within our work together. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, and domestic violence.
I work hard to provide a safe space for my clients to become vulnerable and allow the desired changes within themselves.
