Elizabeth Hilgreen

MS, LMHC

Depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems can cause significant pain and distress. Through my compassionate and client-centered approach, I aim to provide a personalized experience where clients can work through these challenges and achieve positive change in their lives.

My name is Elizabeth Hilgreen, and I am here to help.

As a counselor with over 10 years of experience, I have worked with clients of all ages, from children to adults, struggling with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and trauma. I completed my MS in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University and was first licensed in New York before relocating to Florida in 2016 to continue serving the community here.

At the heart of my practice is creating a comfortable and safe space for all of my clients. I believe that each person is unique, and I tailor my approach to their specific needs. I use a range of clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Existentialism, Play/Art Therapy Techniques, and EMDR.

I am also proud to be a Certified Adoption Specialist through the Florida Department of Children and Families, and I am committed to helping families navigate the complexities of adoption and supporting those who have experienced trauma related to the adoption process.

At TTT, we understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Let’s work together to achieve your goals and foster positive change in your life.
