Casey Portner

M. ED., LMHC, CAP
Chief Administrative Officer

When you or someone you care about is facing mental health or substance use challenges, finding accessible, high-quality care shouldn’t feel out of reach.

My name is Casey Portner, LMHC, CAP, and as Chief Administrative Officer, Managing Partner, and a licensed therapist with nearly two decades of experience, I am proud to lead a value-driven practice dedicated to expanding access to meaningful mental health care. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University.

As part of the leadership team, I oversee the continued growth and development of Therapy Treatment Team, ensuring that our clinical programs, providers, and services consistently deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. I am proud to help lead specialized initiatives supporting veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of human trafficking, and other underserved communities, while fostering a collaborative team of experienced professionals dedicated to helping every client find the care that best meets their unique needs.

Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience as a therapist and Certified Addictions Professional, I understand both the clinical and operational sides of behavioral healthcare. My focus is creating an environment where our providers have the support, resources, and collaborative structure they need to deliver exceptional care while ensuring every client is thoughtfully matched with the provider best suited to help them achieve their goals.
