Alannah Keisling

MA, LMHC

As a licensed counselor, I am passionate about helping people achieve personal growth and meet their individual goals. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and received a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice from Thiel College in Pennsylvania.

I specialize in working with young adults (18+) and older adults, particularly in areas such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues. My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning that I draw from a variety of therapy techniques to create a personalized and effective treatment plan for each of my clients. While I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I also incorporate other modalities to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients.

I believe that seeking counseling can be a powerful and transformative experience for anyone, and it is my goal to make the process as comfortable and rewarding as possible. As part of the Therapy Treatment Team, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and work towards their goals.

At the core of my approach is the belief that all individuals have the potential to grow, change, and heal with the right support. Whether you’re looking to overcome a specific challenge or simply improve your overall well-being, I am here to guide and empower you every step of the way.
