Hello, my name is Jessica Fraine. I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University. I believe in cultivating a healing setting that promotes growth and restores confidence within the individual. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced a variety of life-altering events including human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual abuse and more. I use client-centered approaches that range in strength-based interventions as I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I tailor my therapy approach to fit my client’s needs. I enjoy helping women and children of all ages to overcome challenges throughout their journey and empower them in their relationships, self-esteem, worth and life transformations.
I know change can seem scary and uncomfortable but, I am passionate about assisting others in finding their personal strength to overcome the challenges they face. I believe that everyone has the ability to make changes and be who they aspire to be regardless of their past or current environments. I look forward to helping you navigate these uncharted waters so you may cultivate the life you desire and heal through your own self-awareness.
