Life can feel overwhelming when you’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you’ve lost sight of your own needs, are navigating a life transition, or aren’t sure who you are anymore.
My name is Nina Janowicz, LMHC, and I work with adults across all stages of life, with a special passion for supporting women navigating anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, life transitions, and rediscovering who they are outside of what everyone else needs from them.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and whole-person, recognizing that emotional health is connected to every area of your life. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. I believe in meeting you where you are and focusing on what matters most to you—not what someone else thinks your path should look like.
Together, we’ll identify your strengths, build practical tools, and work toward the goals that are most meaningful to you. I believe therapy isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reconnecting with the person you’ve always been beneath the stress, expectations, and years of putting everyone else first. Therapy can be a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, celebrating progress, and finding moments of humor along the way.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. My educational background supports my client-centered approach and helps me bring a thoughtful, supportive perspective to our work together.

Finding the right therapist is a deeply personal decision, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the person you choose.
