Jennifer Albert

MA, LMHC

Are you feeling weighed down by mental health challenges or addiction? It’s time to break free and discover the path to a peaceful and fulfilling life. My name is Jennifer Albert, and as a licensed mental health counselor, I am here to guide you on your journey toward self-discovery and healing.

At Therapy Treatment Team, I work with teenagers, adults, and first responders dealing with depression, anxiety, impulsivity, and other mental health disorders.

I also work with couples to improve their communication and relationship functioning. In my work as a licensed mental health counselor, I have found that the blame game only leads to further damage in relationships. That’s why I’m passionate about helping couples heal and restore their love through improved communication and understanding.

I am an ally for the LGBTQI+ community and a social justice advocate, supporting body inclusivity and positivity.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can process their narratives and identify their values to adapt behaviors and overcome maladaptive patterns. I use an integrative approach to counseling, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

I will help you heal through self-discovery, achieve contentment and peace, and live your most authentic life. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together.
