As a counselor, I have experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar I and II, PTSD, abuse, life adjustments, career dissatisfaction, school-related issues, and relational issues. In my practice, I use an integrated approach, mainly using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centered therapy. All the while, ensuring trauma-informed care.
I have specific training in Gottman relationship counseling, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, as well as in psychological first aid.
My goal as a counselor is to help you on your mental health journey by creating a safe space and forming a strong collaborative relationship so that you can live your most authentic life and feel contentment both personally, and in your relationships.
