Hello. My name is Diana, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) and, as your therapist, my goal is to provide a safe space for you and help you achieve your goals in areas where you may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed, whether it’s navigating life changes, experiencing feelings of sadness, dealing with relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, phobias, or anxiety.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, including motivational interviewing, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to each client.
My approach to therapy is to collaborate with you in creating goals that align with your life experience, culture, and values.
