Hi, my name is Danielle. The most important thing that I want you to know about me is that I am genuinely passionate about working with children and adolescents. I understand the pain and anxiety parents experience when they see their children struggling.
My specialized training and certification in working with children and adolescents allow me to help them work through a variety of issues, including developmental disabilities, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and more.
In my experience, the best way to help a child is to work closely with their parents or guardians. Therefore, I make it a priority to build a collaborative relationship with parents to ensure that we are working together toward their child’s mental health.
In my practice, I use an integrated approach that includes Animal Assisted Play Therapy®, play therapy, EMDR, CBT, trauma-focused interventions, and more. As a member of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Association for Play Therapy, I am committed to providing evidence-based, innovative approaches to help children reach their goals.
My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children to thrive. It would be an honor to work with your child and help guide them toward feeling better and thriving in life.
