I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am here to provide support through an approach that emphasizes respect, compassion, and understanding, incorporating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I am specifically just changing Child Centered Play Therapy to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I have experience with a diverse clientele, from children as young as 6 to adults up to 76, gained through roles in community counseling clinics and college settings. I believe that each person brings a unique blend of experiences, identities, and perspectives to therapy, and it’s my honor to acknowledge and respect those in our time together. I’m committed to fostering collaboration and empowering clients, recognizing the inherent strength within each individual.
