Veronica holds an M.A. in Counseling from Northwestern University, a program that is CACREP accredited. Her graduate studies focused on psychodynamic theory and its application, as well as courses on ethics, multiculturalism, evidence-based practices, trauma processing, somatic experiencing and couples/family work.
Her professional experience includes roles as a Clinician RMHCI at the David Lawrence Center. She also worked as an M.A. Mental Health Counseling Intern at both Waves Holistic Counseling and Counseling for Community Wellness. Before her work in counseling, she was a Program Manager for Academic Affairs & Student Experience at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
