MSW LCSW

✨ I help people show up fully and unapologetically, stop playing small, and create the life they truly want. What lies on the other side of your biggest fears, your greatest doubts, and your deepest hurts? In our work together, you’ll learn to stop fearing what others think, set healthy boundaries, and step confidently into your own strength.

💖 I’m passionate about supporting people as they heal from past wounds and step into lives of purpose, self-acceptance, and connection. My work centers on helping others rediscover their inner strength, nurture self-compassion, and cultivate deep, fulfilling relationships. I help individuals transform old patterns, heal emotional wounds, and create lives that feel whole and meaningful. Guiding each person I work with toward self-acceptance, inner healing, and authentic connection is the core of my approach to therapy.

🌸 If you’ve ever felt unseen, unheard, or not enough, I want you to know that those feelings are valid, and they don’t have to define your life. In therapy, we explore the patterns and beliefs that may have held you back, gently uncovering the wounds from your past while also celebrating the strength and resilience you’ve carried with you all along.

🛋️ Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling weighed down by stress, anxiety, low moods, self-doubt, or challenges in their relationships, or during times of transition when life feels uncertain. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to process difficult emotions, heal from old hurts, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been ignored or silenced. I draw on evidence-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and, when desired, faith-informed guidance to help you cultivate self-compassion, restore your confidence, and align your life with your values and purpose.

🪴 Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more grounded in your own strength, more connected to yourself and others, and more capable of living a life that truly feels meaningful and fulfilling. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
