When you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, having a safe and supportive space to process your thoughts and experiences can make all the difference.
My name is Morgan Munoz, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, ADHD, substance use, self-worth, and life transitions. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, compassion, and feeling truly seen. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self, explore your experiences, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized to each client’s unique needs. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2).
I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns that may be holding them back, develop practical coping skills, heal from past experiences, strengthen relationships, and build a life that feels more aligned with who they are.
How I Can Help
- Individual Counseling: Support with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, substance use, self-esteem, and major life transitions.
- Couples Counseling: Helping partners improve communication, rebuild connection, and strengthen their relationship using Gottman Method Couples Therapy principles.
- Evidence-Based Therapy: Integrating CBT, DBT, EMDR-informed approaches, and other therapeutic techniques to support healing and personal growth.
- In-Person & Virtual Care: I provide flexible care options to fit your lifestyle, offering in-person sessions in Naples as well as Telehealth options for clients throughout the state of Florida.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and create positive change.
