Melissa Turvey

M.S., LMHC, QS
Executive Clinical Supervisor

If you are feeling stuck after a painful experience or navigating deep emotional weight, please know you do not have to carry this alone.

My name is Melissa Turvey, LCMHC, and I serve as Executive Clinical Supervisor, guiding our clinical team and leading provider training and knowledge development. My focus is on ensuring our practice delivers the highest standard of compassionate, evidence-based care. Over the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, and life’s most difficult challenges in both individual and group settings.

I believe our environment deeply shapes how we see ourselves and the world around us. My work centers on helping our team explore and gently shift these internal and external perspectives to create meaningful, lasting change for every client we serve. I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University and am currently a Doctoral Student at the University of the Cumberlands. As a Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida, I bring specialized training in trauma recovery—including EMDR, Brainspotting, Parts Work, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—to support and mentor the next generation of mental health professionals.

How I Can Help

  • Clinical Leadership & Supervision: I guide our therapeutic team, ensuring high-quality, person-centered, and strength-based care across our practice.
  • Specialized Trauma Expertise: I mentor clinicians in advanced trauma recovery modalities, including EMDR, Brainspotting, ART, Parts Work, and IFS.
  • Provider Training & Development: I lead ongoing clinical knowledge development, training therapists to effectively support children, teens, and adults.
  • Compassionate Clinical Support: Helping individuals of all ages navigate the heavy weight of anxiety, depression, and substance use.
  • In-Person & Virtual Care: I provide flexible care options to fit your lifestyle, offering in-person sessions in Naples as well as telehealth options for clients throughout the state of Florida.

If you are ready to explore your story in a compassionate, judgment-free space, reach out today to schedule a consultation with one of our skilled therapists. You do not have to navigate this journey alone.
