Eglindina Diaz-Quintana

M.S., Registered Clinical Social Work Intern-Licensure Candidate

Taking the step to face painful past experiences, heavy anxiety, or overwhelming emotional strain can feel deeply intimidating, but you do not have to carry it all on your own.

My name is Eglindina Diaz-Quintana, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, and I support clients who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis situations, domestic violence, grief, and self-esteem struggles. My goal is to foster a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and respected.

I firmly believe that everyone possesses an inner resilience and the capacity to heal, grow, and reclaim power over their own story. In my practice, I tailor our sessions around a person-centered approach, focusing on what matters most to you.

I draw from established modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, talk therapy, and narrative therapy—while integrating gentle techniques such as somatic exercises, holistic approaches, guided imagery, and expressive arts. Throughout my career in the non-profit sector, I have had the privilege of walking alongside diverse communities, including first-generation individuals, teens, young adults, families, incarcerated survivors, farmworkers, and immigrants.
