Catherine Cortes

MA, Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with the Florida Board

Welcome! My name is Catherine, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Reaching out for support takes courage, and my hope is that through our work together, you feel respected, accepted, and reminded that you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Through my clinical experience in university counseling and community mental health settings, I have supported young adults and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional distress.

My approach is compassionate, curious, and collaborative, with the goal of helping you build on your strengths, gain greater clarity, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change at a pace that honors your unique journey.

It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, discover new possibilities, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are and what you value.
