Andrew G. Pierce

MCAP, LMHC

As a graduate of the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies, I am a person in long-term recovery from multiple addictions, so I understand the addictive mind. My journey has taken me from owning a multi-million-dollar corporate retirement plan consulting firm to camping without power in an abandoned house, to becoming one of the most respected, innovative, and knowledgeable addiction therapists in the country.

My approach resolves three of the most common barriers to addiction recovery: spiritual contempt, fear of authenticity, and lack of belief in your ability to change. My book, “Resolving Spiritual Skepticism in Recovery” (O’Leary Publishing, 2021), unpacks my clinical model, the Unified Theory of Recovery which offers a unique solution replacing judgmentalism inherent to many religions with hard science, merging quantum field theory with ancient Eastern philosophy in a relatable manner. You will find this approach makes the often-difficult leap of faith required by most popular recovery models into more of a logical, foregone conclusion, enabling you to reap the clinical benefits afforded by adoption of a spiritual (non-religious) perspective in recovery.

Working with me will enhance your recovery process and change your life as well as that of all whose lives you touch. I look forward to working together to help you fulfill your true potential.
