Hi! First, I wanted to say thank you for stopping by! I am truly honored that you are considering me to be such an integral part of your life’s journey!

My name is Ana and I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). Additionally, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from FGCU as well. Go Eagles!

I am a trauma-informed counselor who works with adults and couples experiencing a wide range of concerns including: trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and childhood trauma, as well as general life issues such as: codependency, forgiveness, self-esteem, communication, and relationship issues. Additionally, I am trained in sex offender treatment and I have clinical experience in working with those who are involved in the criminal justice system.

Ultimately, you are the expert on your life and counseling is not a “one size fits all” profession, which is why I use an eclectic approach in my practice. By doing this, we can identify and focus in on what works best for your individual needs so we can address your concerns in the most effective way.

My goal as a counselor is to create and maintain a safe and judgment free space for you to grow as we work together to better understand the connections among your mind, brain, and body. I believe in healing, hope, and second chances to overcome strongholds, find meaning, and live free.

Thanks again for stopping by. I look forward to meeting you!
